Openness (Absence of secrecy, highlighted by frankness and sincerity)
The traditional student-teacher hierarchy would be softened to allow interaction and through well planned initiatives both within the class room and outside the classroom and thus leading to an individual who is open to the diverse working cultures and adjusts effectively and efficiently.

Empathy (Power of mentally identifying oneself with some one else’s feelings and problems)
Students at aurora would be encouraged to involve in a large number of social initiatives and projects and would be responsible individuals who would understand and appreciate problesm of every fellow being around this would endows the individual to empathize and appreciate with his colleagues, which is arguably an essential element to Leadership.


Ethical Behavior (Perceivable actions in accordance with general social norms)
In the present day context of ethical behavior is a very important element which helps the individual to stand tall and be an example to the society. At aurora, we take steps to ensure to train and nurture students to be ethically responsible individuals with high levels of moral reasoning.

Professionalism (Skill of a professional person worthy of a professional) Various initiatives and steps we take would ensure the student to equip oneself to be committed to time, quality and delivery. The students would be nurtured to have professional values such as quality; time bound action, responsiveness, accountability, etc.
