The traditional student-teacher hierarchy would be softened to allow interaction and through well planned initiatives both within the class room and outside the classroom and thus leading to an individual who is open to the diverse working cultures and adjusts effectively and efficiently.

Students at aurora would be encouraged to involve in a large number of social initiatives and projects and would be responsible individuals who would understand and appreciate problesm of every fellow being around this would endows the individual to empathize and appreciate with his colleagues, which is arguably an essential element to Leadership.

Professionalism (Skill of a professional person worthy of a professional) Various initiatives and steps we take would ensure the student to equip oneself to be committed to time, quality and delivery.
