• Agenda 1: Plan of Action after Peer Team Visit.
• Discussion: Criterion-wise review and action plan for the year ispresented by IQAC considering the NAAC Peer team suggestions.
• Agenda 2: Library Automation and Up-gradation
• Discussion: Library is automated with NEWGEN LIB software. Subscription for INFLIBNET is also processed.
• Agenda 3: Promotion of Research and Development Activities
• Discussion: R & D cell prepared policies and procedures for enhancing research activities, organisation of Seminar/Conferences/Workshops.
• Agenda 4: Revamping of Cells/ Committees/ Clubs
• Discussion: Important cells, committees, clubs revamping has beendone for quality sustenance.
• Agenda 5: Workshop on ICT
• Discussion: As part of innovative teaching, a workshop on ICT enabled teaching is organised by IQAC.
• Agenda 6: Contribution to the Local Community
• Discussion: As an initiative to engage with and contribute to local community, two schools have been adopted by the college through the NSS contingent. Development plans are proposed, and also a few have been implemented.
• Agenda 7: Faculty Development Programs
• Discussion: Department of Electronics has organized an FDP on ‘Evolving Technologies in Telecommunication.’ Department of English has organized Faculty Development Programs on ‘Teacher Mentorship towards Students’ Skill Development’.
• Agenda 8: Guest Lectures
• Discussion: The Department of Commerce has organized a Guest Lecture on ‘Introduction to GST’. The Department of Microbiology organized a Guest Lecture on ‘Genomics and Proteomics’.

Future Plan of Action:

• The external AAA (Academic and Administrative Audit) committee shall be appointed soon.
• The Department of Electronics is organizing a workshop on 'Automatic night light' in the month of February.
• The Department of Computer Science is organizing an Add-on Program on ‘Ethical Hacking’ in the month of March.
