SeshagiriRao Joshi, Head of the DepartmentS.R.Joshi is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology. He holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Madras and M.Phil in Rehabilitation Psychology from National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID). He is registered as clinician from Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). He workedas lecturer in NIEPID for M.Phil students for six years. He also worked as Head of inclusion in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for four years. He has ten years of clinical experience and published various articles and presented several papers in National Conferences and seminars. |

Dr. Rithuma Oruganti, M.A and PhD in Psychology from Osmania University.Dr. RithumaOruganti is a qualified psychologist having completed her M.A and PhD in Psychology from Osmania University. She is a gold medalist in Psychology and has been awarded three gold medals and two proficiency awards for excellence in Psychology theory and practicals from St. Francis College for Women, Hyderabad at the undergraduate level and has also been the recipient of the UGC-NET Junior and Senior Research Fellowship award in Psychology in the year 2016. She has worked as a faculty of Biostatistics and Data Management at the Indian Institute of Public Health in Hyderabad for 3 years and also worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Psychology in the GITAM School of Humanities and Social Sciences for 2 years. She has a total of 11 research publications in the fields of Psychology and Public Health in peer-reviewed national and international journals. She has extensive experience in the fields of Psychology, counseling, teaching, research methods and statistics in the behavioral sciences. |
